Within the platform there are, 3 levels of rights:
- The Employees, have the rights to access the surveys when they get sent out, to send superlikes etc..
- Managers have the same as employee rights but have access to a light version of the back-office. For example, they can have access to the results of certain surveys.
- The Administrators have all the rights to the account: managing teams, modify surveys, and access to all results.
It is worth knowing that these employee statuses do not have to do with their rank in the hierarchy of the company. If the issue of transparency comes up and all your employees have access to the back-office of the platform, all your employees will therefore be ‘managers’.
