To make it easier to access and track your surveys, mark the campaigns you follow as favorites! It will enable you to:
- find your campaigns right away in the left menu;
- receive a scheduled alert before survey launches.
Add a favorite
(Available for: Admins, Results Viewers)
To mark a campaign as a favorite:
- go to "Survey campaigns" and look for your campaign in "All my campaigns";
- click on the star to the left of your campaign title. That's it! 🚀
To remove it from your favorites, simply click on the star again.
ℹ️ Only administrators and result viewers with results accesses on a given campaign can mark it as a favorite.
Schedule an alert before a survey launch
(Available to: Admins)
Email notifications allow you to receive an alert before a survey is launched within your campaign - very useful for checking that everything is in order before the survey is sent out.
By default, there is a notification scheduled for 1 day before the launch. If you want to change or remove it, enter the campaign and go to the Settings tab:
- You can remove it by clicking the remove icon (
),
- You can change it by first removing the existing notification, which will make appear a new "Add Notification" button. 👍
Don't forget to save your changes!
All the administrators who have defined this campaign as a favorite will then receive an email alert before the launch of a survey within this campaign.
