Teams > Roles & Access Rights > Team Viewers
Available for: Admins ✅
In order to allow you to check that the list of your collaborators is up to date on the platform, we have created the team viewer status.
A team viewer has access to the list of employees within his scope of rights and to all their characteristics. He can also export this data in Excel format if needed.
It is worth noting that you can cumulate access by giving team viewer and result reader rights to the same person - a manager, for example.
How to add a team viewer
In order to add a team viewer, go to Teams > Roles & Access Rights > Team viewers. From there, click on "Add a team viewer" and define their scope.
That's it! The team manager can now see the employees in his or her scope in the Teams section.
From now on, if the team viewer notices a change that needs to be addressed, they can contact an administrator reporting the needed adjustment. ✍️
💡 Pro tip: you can tell all your team managers to send changes to a single administrator, this will allow the administrator to make all updates through a single import.
