The First Survey
When creating your first survey in a campaign, you can choose between three creation modes:
🤖 Automatic mode
This mode will fetch questions automatically from our question base in a random way to create surveys consisting of three questions if possible: 2 closed questions and 1 open question.
💡 Pro-tip: you have the possibility to activate or deactivate the questions in the library within a campaign. Only activated questions will be taken into account when in automatic mode.
📌 From template
With this option, you access surveys (or sequences of surveys) created by our Supermood teams based on specific contexts or topics. For example, you can find the following topics: internal communication, change management, moving, etc.
Once the theme is chosen, it is possible to edit these surveys if it is relevant to you.
Here, you can create your survey by picking from our question base, or by creating your own questions!
To create a survey in a campaign that already contains some, click on said campaign in the Surveys space and go to the "Surveys" tab.
There, you'll see your list of upcoming surveys - it's at the end of this list that you'll find the "Add Survey" button. 🎉
Manage the list of surveys
As you create your surveys, you'll see them appear within your campaign as a list. Your surveys will be sent in this order: top to bottom.
If you want to start from scratch to recreate a survey, you can! You can delete all your future surveys - you will then be returned to the screen with the 3 options "automatic mode", "start from a template" and "customize".
In any case, deleting your upcoming surveys will not impact your past surveys. 👍
💡 Pro-tip: if you want to resend the same survey, consider duplicating it before the survey is launched, as it is not possible to duplicate a survey that is already launched. 🚀
