If the email status of some of your coworkers is “bounce”, it means that the emails did not reach the recipient's inbox. The e-mails bounced (returned to the sender).
There might be several explanations. Among the most common ones:
- The problem comes from the recipient's server. It might be temporarily unavailable or set with a filter that prevents the reception of messages sent through the platform.
→ Here are some tips for adding Supermood as an authorized email sender.
- The recipient's mailbox is full and new incoming messages will thus be rejected, due to lack of space to store them. This could be the case when a mailbox is rarely consulted, for example during a holiday period.
→ As soon as the recipient freed up some space, new messages will be incoming again.
⚠ Once you proceeded to those verifications and modifications when required, if you want the user to be able to respond to an ongoing Supermood survey and that no other reminder is planned, we advise you to send the email manually.
If you still have difficulties to unlock a ‘bounce’ status, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@supermood.fr, our support team will be happy to help you out 😄
