After discovering an organizational pain in your company or your team, it is time to take action. Successful action plans have measurable results, and Supermood is here to help you track these.
- Define the metric for your action plan results: are you trying to improve the score to a specific question? If so, plan to ask it once just before you kick-start your project, and then regularly while you enroll your action plan to follow up its impact.
- Define the scope of your plan: are you trying to make a change to the whole organization at once, or to target a specific team?
- Determine how long it will take for the impact to be tangible. Not all actions will bring immediate results, so set milestones when measurements should be made to track advancement (after kick-off communication; after the first step is taken; three months after; one year after...)
- Log your actions in Supermood to correlate it with results changes!
And remember: if results are not directly visible, assess what went well and what might have caused the action plan failure before attempting to launch another action plan. Our psychologists are here to help!
