Do you have multiple survey campaigns and want to avoid multiple emails? You can!
When you have multiple surveys going on at the same time (or a survey and the SuperLike), a feature allows you to send only one email to your teams.
How does this work on the respondent side?
The survey email you choose to send will take respondents to their dedicated space, directly to the survey.
Once this first survey is completed, employees will be directed to the home page of their space and will be able to see and take other surveys or SuperLike.
How do I get started?
- First of all, choose the campaign to which you want to redirect the collaborator first. The email sent to your coworkers must start from this campaign: program it from the "Settings" tab.
- Next, make sure your other surveys or SuperLikes have the same settings: start date, time and frequency. And simply uncheck the "When survey starts" box for those other surveys or SuperLikes!
That's it! Your teams will only receive one email and can take all their surveys. 👏
