Supermood's goal is to help decision-makers understand what needs to be improved - it is not about who answered what.
Data protection and respondent confidentiality are among our founding principles. We are a trusted third party: it is Supermood that receives your individual answers, not your company.
We ensure that the results of Supermood surveys are kept confidential at all times. Anyone with access to your results (via the Supermood platform) can only view and filter all answers received in an aggregated format (default is five or more respondents) so that individuals cannot be identified. Neither your colleagues, nor your manager, nor anyone else in the organization can see who provided a particular response or feedback.
๐ฌ What about textual comments?
Supermood allows you to express yourself in a qualitative way through comments and open questions: it's an opportunity to raise specific problems, to give solutions... We think that in order to be heard, it is important for you to be able to testify and express yourself verbatim.
Your comments are only displayed if there are enough respondents (five respondents minimum by default).
If you want to make sure that no one can recognize you, make sure you keep a neutral writing style and do not include anything in your comments that could clearly identify you (avoid mentioning names or giving information that only concerns you).
๐ช What do Supermood teams see?
Part of the Supermood team has access to the same view as the account's administrators: they can see the results of all the entities and teams of a company, in the form of averages and aggregated indicators. The confidentiality threshold also applies to us!
