As soon as a survey is completed, the first action to take is to share the results with your teams. This includes them in the feedback process and allows them to get an idea of how their colleagues feel about the various topics discussed.
On the other hand, communicating with your employees at each step is the best way to encourage them to participate in the surveys.
Our recommendation: When communicating the results, directly offer an actionable idea or open up the discussion on a few key topics.
To communicate the results, Supermood provides you with several tools. You can:
- Retrieve the latest survey report in PDF or PowerPoint format
- Create a custom report and export it to PowerPoint.
💡Tip: You can embed the results in your internal gazettes.
- Choose a dedicated time with your team to present the results directly from your Supermood interface. Follow our guide to facilitate a discussion around the results: Discussion Guide
- Enable automatic results sharing: your employees will have access to the company averages for the previous survey, so they can compare their opinions.
ℹ️ Only account and campaign administrators can enable this feature from the campaign settings.
Best practices:
Remember to preserve respondents' privacy! We recommend that you avoid presenting raw comments to your teams: it is better to share only the main topics revealed by the recurrence of words in order to avoid a writing style being recognized. If you want to illustrate your point, rephrase one of the comments in your own way.
