Find your latest survey report through the shortcut in your dashboard or from the Recent Activity section above your campaign list.
Topics to prioritize:
The last survey report represents the last topic your employees spoke up about: they expect communication and/or action from you based on the scores. Identify if there are important issues for your population by focusing on the closed questions that have dropped in score and/or have the lowest score.
You can take this a step further by sharing the results of these surveys with your teams. This will help you determine what actions to take next!
Populations:
Identify through the disparities the populations that need the most attention on the given questions. If there are strong disparities, it is interesting to dig deeper to apply the good practices of a prosper team to a less satisfied team for example.
Areas for improvement
If your survey contains comments, use the feedback from your employees to find possible areas for improvement. You will probably find some additional contextual elements or ideas for actions to be implemented to improve your coworkers' satisfaction on the various topics discussed.
If so, don't hesitate to start the discussion!
💡 Pro tip: Write down the 3 or 4 topics for which you will already be able to put actions in place and the few ideas revealed by the comments.
If you have identified topics to explore further, write them down as well! They can be included in a future survey.
