Welcome to your Supermood Dashboard!
The dashboard is the homepage for administrators and result readers. It allows you to see your results at a glance, for an overall understanding of your account.
⏱ The time period
The dashboard helps you track a whole bunch of information over a given time period. This period is set to the last three months by default but you can change it at any time.
📊 The displayed date
- The Supermood approach's impact:
The number of coworkers surveyed, the activation rate and the total number of collected feedback, allow you to quickly gauge the reach of your surveys.
- The activation rate's evolution over time:
Sometimes your employees are on board with the Supermood approach but missed the last survey. So to best reflect their adoption, we show you the activation rate - that is, of all the people surveyed, the percentage of those who completed at least one survey over the given time period.
- The last survey:
With one click, you have access to the latest survey, to understand the levers of your employees' engagement.
- Tracking your key metric:
By default, this is the eNPS score. This block gives you a quick overview of your employees' overall engagement, along with the breakdown of ambassadors, passives and non-ambassadors.
- The number of SuperLikes exchanged:
These thank-you messages between colleagues are very popular with employees. On top of that, they allow you to track recognition within your company.
👥 The population filter
It is possible for you to refine the results. To do so, you have a population filter that allows you to focus the overall dashboard analysis on the attribute of your choice.
