Once a week, each employee has the opportunity to assign a single SuperLike to the employee of their choice.
On the employee side
Anonymous or not and possibly accompanied by a message, the SuperLike improves recognition between employees and creates a positive emulation in the teams that use it.
On the administrator side
Although SuperLikes protect the confidentiality of participants (administrators cannot know who sent one to whom), it allows administrators to have a global view of inter- and intra-team SuperLikes from the SuperLike dashboard - so they can identify possible silos.
