To have the fairest possible participation rate, it is necessary to manage employee absence times or departures from the company on the platform.
On the platform, you can indicate that an employee is inactive or has left the platform.
To do this, go to the coworker profile by clicking on the edit icon
, that allows you to change his/her attributes.
On the bottom of the profile, you can change an employee from active to inactive at any time. He will therefore no longer receive surveys on his inactive period.
You can also report that an employee has left the company.
It will remove the coworker from the platform, but will keep his or her answers in the consolidated answer views.
