Need to edit your survey? You can do that as long as it hasn't been launched. Go to Surveys, within your campaign, to view your survey and do the following:
- Change the title and description of a survey
- Edit content in a survey
- Add a custom question
- Duplicate a survey
✏️ Change the title and description of a survey
To do so, click on the edit icon to the right of your survey title.
For each modification, always remember to translate into all the languages of your account!
📝 Edit content in a survey
From your survey, you can edit, delete, or add questions and sections.
As you hover over the question or section, icons appear that allow you to:
change the content's order;
edit a question/section;
remove a question/section.
💡Pro-tip: If you want to replace a question with another, delete it and then add the one you want by choosing from our library of questions or from those you create yourself.
➕ Add a custom question
In the question adding pane, a "+ Create Question" button has been included. This button will allow you to write your own questions.
From there, the process is simple:
👉 Define the theme of your question to find it in the engagement drivers.
👉 Choose to make it an open, closed, or multiple choice question.
👉 Click on each language to write the different translations.
All that's left to do is click "Add Question" at the bottom right to have it appear in your question library.
To add it to your survey, select your question and don't forget to click the "Save" button. ✅
👯 Duplicate a survey
Do you like your survey? You can duplicate it!
By asking the same questions regularly within a campaign, you can establish a follow-up. This way, you can follow the evolution of your teams' feelings and see the impact that your actions have on the commitment of your employees.
To do so, click on the "Duplicate this survey" button.
❗️Caution: remember to duplicate your survey before its start date. Once your survey is sent to your coworkers, it cannot be edited or duplicated.
