Are you committed to fostering recognition within your company through Superlike? Here's how to do it!

⚙️ Setting up the SuperLike
Go to SuperLike > Settings and let the platform guide you:
- Determine a launch date and time.
→ Generally speaking, it's best to pick a time of the week when you know your teams are available - participation will be that much higher.
- Set the frequency at which coworkers can send a SuperLike.
→ We recommend a frequency of one week. This length of time between each SuperLike, neither too long nor too short, allows it to become an expected ritual: SuperLikes are frequent enough to be remembered but rare enough to be valuable.
Example: If you set the launch to Monday at 10am, and you set the frequency to one week, people will have until 9:59am on Monday of the following week to send their SuperLike. At 10am, the next SuperLike period will start for a new week.
- Choose to send a dedicated email for the SuperLike - or not!
→ By unchecking the "Send a dedicated email" box, and following the steps outlined in this article, you'll be able to group it with other regular surveys.
- If necessary, set up a reminder.
→ A reminder can be useful if you find that you have low participation or if you know that your teams' availability is not uniform.
For example, if some of your staff is easily available on Tuesdays, and some are more likely to be available on Fridays, you can set the launch on a Tuesday and the reminder on a Friday!

|ℹ️ The recipient list for the SuperLike always contains all active employees. It is not possible to target a specific demographic as the SuperLike is intended to foster recognition on a global level and identify potential silos.|
😍 The GIF bonus
Because a GIF is sometimes better than a long speech, you can activate the possibility for your colleagues to associate GIFs to their messages in the GIFs sub-tab. This feature is very successful and we highly recommend it!
