Keep in touch with your offline employees
As long as they have access to digital tools and the internet, employees without email can be integrated into Supermood and take surveys. To do this, make sure that each employee has a unique identifier or number.
Our recommendation: Opt for this solution if your employees do not have a professional email address. This way, you involve them in the continuous feedback process while keeping their professional and personal lives separate.
Import these coworkers
A user can be identified on the platform thanks to a unique identifier; this can be an email or a personnel number.
There are two options to integrate your employees without an email address:
- Import your database: remember to add to your Excel file a column named 'Personal Identifier' with a unique identifier per coworker.
- Connect our API to your HR management system: synchronize the personnel numbers of your employees with the following attribute key "identifier".
Share surveys with your employees
Once integrated into your account, employees without email addresses can take surveys in two ways:
- Through authentication with a personnel number and a secret code.

- Directly from your intranet or internal information system using our API. They will then have direct access to the surveys via your intranet and will not need to authenticate themselves to answer them.
