To create a favorable environment and boost the participation of your offline coworkers, the key is good communication:
1- Communicate the identifiers to offline coworkers
Beforehand, consider informing coworkers about the implementation of the Supermood solution. You can forward them the following articles:
Then, once their accesses are created, you will have to give them their login and password to access their personal portal on Supermood. You must securely give them these and reassure them that their answers are confidential.
To put your coworkers in confidence, their logins and passwords should be communicated by Human Resources.
💡Tip: Import the file generated with the secret codes into your Human Resources Management Information System.
✅ Ensure the confidentiality of your coworkers' answers and thus communicate the identifier and secret code to each employee :
- via their payslip,
- or from their personal intranet or Human resources management information system portal.
❌ Avoid communicating unique IDs and passwords :
- via their direct managers,
- or in open access to all employees.
2 - Communicate about upcoming surveys.
There are many ways to communicate surveys to your coworkers without necessarily going through an email. Here are some suggestions for announcing your surveys:
Directly via the manager
Direct managers can announce the launch of surveys to their teams and invite them to participate. The ideal is to introduce it in a meeting and to leave a time slot for coworkers to take the time to answer it.
Posters and QR codes
Do you have a place where your coworkers regularly meet (canteen, break room, etc.)? Take advantage of these venues to announce current and upcoming surveys with printed posters or an ad on your TV sets!

- Make digital tablets, or a computer available in the break room to allow less connected populations to take the surveys.
- Include the contact of a referent in your communications in case employees cannot find their login credentials.
3 - Share the results
Once the survey is over, managers just have to communicate the results to their teams and inform them of the actions taken!
