When you are logged in to your participant space, you have access to a "Profile" menu on the top right. It allows you to :
🌍 Change my language
The language attached to your profile is initially selected by your employer: the account administrators assign you a language, and that's the language in which you'll see the first Supermood content.
If you wish so, you can change the language in which Supermood addresses you (within the languages subscribed by your employer). 💌
💡 Be sure to inform your administrators of this choice (the HR team, usually). This will allow them to take note of the change and prevent your profile from switching back to the original language each time the database is updated. |
🔔 Adjust my email notification preferences
Supermood may have to send you various types of emails:
survey emails to allow you to give feedback,
reminders in case you missed the first one,
or notifications when a comment you wrote gets a reaction,
etc.
Here, you can freely select which emails you want to receive or not. ✅

🔐 Customize my secret code
There are 2 ways to log into Supermood:
→ either via an email address (usually your professional address)
→ or via a personnel identifier (provided by your employer. ex: john.smith.1987, SI-37856)
If you log in with a personnel identifier (without an email address), you can change your secret code here.
Once logged in with the generic secret code provided by your company, click on "Customize my secret code" to increase the security of your account! 💪
