Languages to survey employees
There are three levels of language packs to choose from when signing up:
Free pack | French, English |

Once all the necessary languages are activated in your account, you can :
Set up the appropriate language for each teammate to view the contents in (emails, participant area, etc.).
Access the different translations of the platform's content (standard emails and Supermood questions) when creating and setting up your surveys.
Customize the contents in each available language.
⚠️ Warning: for any content you customize (questions, emails, etc.) you will need to create each translation. Indeed, the platform does not operate automatic translation - the translations of the content created by Supermood have been done by professional translators.
🐓 The French particularity: tutoiement vs. vouvoiementThe platform differentiates French (vouvoiement) and French (tutoiement) as two distinct languages. The contents destined to the employees will therefore have specific translations for each one.
Because we know that we all have different sensitivities, the decision on whether to be addressed as "vous" or "tu" is left to the employee's discretion when they first log in.
Once the participant has chosen how to be addressed as, the platform respects their wishes and a change on the administrator's side will not be able to override their choice. Therefore, it will not be possible to switch between vouvoiement and tutoiement (or vice versa) as one switches from one language to another. |
Languages to analyze results
The Supermood platform (for users with access rights) is only available in French and English.
In order to be able to analyze the results and comments of all your colleagues - whether they speak French, Danish or Spanish - we have implemented the comments translation through Google Translate (into either French or English).
Once translation is activated on a question, you will be able to benefit from our analysis tools (emerging themes and associated emotions) on all verbatims - regardless of the language in which they were written.
