Want to compare your scores to better understand your results and what they mean? Find all your comparison options in this article.

In this article :

📌 Supermood's benchmark

The benchmark is a comparison tool to evaluate :

They allow you to identify your competitive advantages and your margins of progress.

ℹ️ For a benchmark to be established on a question, it must be:

  • a closed question (only scores can be compared) ;

  • within the Supermood question library (to be comparable from one company to another).

📤 External Benchmark

The external benchmark is made available as an average from your dashboard.

It is made available if there are more than 1000 responses spread over at least 10 companies for the concerned question.

💡If you do not have access to it, you can refer to your internal benchmark.

Depending on the extent of the question's usage, you will be able to compare your scores and performance to a set of companies, based on the following criteria:

  • the size of the company,

  • the sector (banking, retail, etc.),

  • global (all companies, all sectors).

Don't hesitate to contact your Account Manager! He or she will be able to provide you with benchmark or trends according to Supermood analysis filters (age range, country, etc.).

📥 Internal benchmark

You may have chosen to focus on an issue that is very specific to your context, and therefore do not have access to an external benchmark. In this case, you can already rely on your internal benchmark by comparing yourself to the global (the company score) or through the evolution graphs.

Compare yourself to the global

→ From the dashboard, on the main question: you can compare your score and your evolution with those of the company globally.

→ From the heat map, you can compare your results with :
those of the company as a whole (1st column of scores),
and those of other teams (depending on the selected filter).

Evolution graphs

Observe your progress thanks to the evolution graphs (in the Results Details tab of the survey report). You can compare yourself to a previous state of your company - before a major decision or strategy change, for example.

How to obtain it?

→ Make sure to choose closed questions so they can be displayed in the heatmap.
→ Ask these questions regularly and in the same campaign to get an evolution.
