Supermood and ZestMeUp merge : great news for you !
The two HR platforms are joining forces to create the European leader in employee engagement and performance. This means that to offer you a more complete and user-friendly experience, we're converging on a single platform: Zest.
Who is Zest?
Zest is a “Management Tech” platform that supports you at every stage of your career path. By integrating its own artificial intelligence, Zest modernizes employee listening by offering quick surveys, as well as a fluid, transparent and above all... human-centered experience!
Rest assured, very little will change for you. We'll explain everything!
LOGIN MODES
How do I connect to Zest for the first time?
Zest offers two login options:
From the website,
From the “ZestMeUp” mobile application, available on the App Store and Google Play.
The application offers the same functionalities, whether you want to take a survey or send and receive a Superlike (called “MyZest”).
Your company may also send you an e-mail inviting you to join Zest.
Open the e-mail and click on the link.
Create your profile and password.
Follow the instructions to finalize your account.
💡Note: Whether you log in with an e-mail address or a personal login, you'll first need to verify your personal information and create a new password. |
This password must comply with the security criteria defined by the administrator of your Zest space. During this first connection, a window will inform you of your rights linked to data protection (GDPR), which you will need to read and validate.
TAKING THE SURVEY
The procedure for completing the survey is identical to that for Supermood.
If you have a professional e-mail address:
You will receive a notification of each new survey from the [email protected] address (remember to add it to your favorites to prevent messages going to spam).Click on the link in the e-mail to access the survey.
Answer the questions, then validate your answers.
If you don't have a professional e-mail address:
As on Supermood, log on to www.zestmeup.com by clicking on “Log on”, or scan the QR Code provided by your Zest consultant.
Enter your personal login and password.
Answer the questions, then validate your answers.

SECURING YOUR DATA AND GUARANTEEING YOUR ANONYMITY
As at Supermood, Zest attaches the utmost importance to the security of your data. Our priority: data security and confidentiality. Your responses to anonymous surveys are confidential, and data is stored securely in data centers in France, in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
How does Zest guarantee the confidentiality of your responses to your company?
At Zest, we know that sometimes it's easier to express yourself anonymously.
The confidentiality of results on Zest is based on a key principle: respecting a confidentiality threshold. Results for a team or category of people are only displayed if there is a minimum number of respondents. By default, this threshold is set at 3 employees.
This means there's no risk of your answers being isolated and attributed to you. Neither your colleagues, nor your manager, nor anyone else in your organization can know who answered what - or even who answered at all.
