As you prepare to analyze the results of internal surveys, here are some tips for understanding the results:

📊 Analyzing general trends

Start by analyzing the general trends before going into the details of the questions. Your interface is designed so that you will always have a macro view of the responses first, which you can explore in more depth later.

% Monitoring participation

Always take a look at your participation rate. Generally, a 50% participation rate is a sufficiently representative trend.

📉 Identifying weak signals

Identify weak signals in the scores and/or comments. By acting on these issues, you can quickly improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
