Your employee data is sensitive data for which you are responsible. If you want to forward them to Supermood (for verification before an import for example), or to send us any other sensitive document, please use the secure file sharing access instead of an email.

To send your file to your Account Manager in a secure way, start at the top right of the platform:
By clicking on the icon, you arrive on the Help page, where you can send your file:
And that's it!!!
Your account manager will receive a notification to let them know you've sent a file, and will be able to view it safely. 🔒
