You have just received an email informing you that your manager has reacted to one of your comments and you have some questions? You're in the right place. 😊

In this article:

Your privacy is our primary concern. The person who responded to your comment cannot know who wrote what. To ensure this, we have strict privacy rules in place to protect you.

💬 Why did I receive this feedback?

Some people, like your managers or the HR department, can view comments that have been left on the platform. They can either see:

  • all answers (this is often the case for HR departments),

  • only the answers of a specific team (example: a team manager),

  • the answers of several teams (example: a department manager).

If the option has been enabled by the administrator, these people will be able react to every comment visible to them by choosing one of 4 reactions:

  • Great idea!

  • Can we discuss it?

  • Thanks

  • I am working on it

Note that these reactions are not mandatory. So this person has chosen to react to your message.

🤔 What should I do now?

You are not required to do anything.

If you received the "Can we discuss this?" reaction, you can choose to start a conversation with the person who sent you that reaction - or not! It is entirely up to you to decide if you want to disclose your identity.

If you choose to start this conversation, you can use your internal communication tool, for example, or choose to talk about it in person.
