You are a project manager on the Supermood platform and you want to learn how to manage project? From setting up your surveys to analyzing the results, follow the guide!

In this article:

💻 The platform

Supermood is an all-in-one platform dedicated to employee feedback.
It gives employees the opportunity to express their opinions through regular surveys, in order to improve their daily work life. The platform then allows for management to analyze this valuable feedback while respecting the confidentiality of the participants.

As a project manager, you have access to:

  • the "Survey Project" module to create, manage and analyze your own surveys;

  • your participant space to answer surveys.

ℹ️ When you log in to Supermood, you will be taken directly to your Project Manager space. To access the participant space and answer surveys, click on My Account > Participant Space.

🧑‍💼 The Project Manager's role

Your Project Manager role is defined on one or more project by the account administrators.

ℹ️ If you find that your access on the platform needs to be changed, contact one of the account administrators within your organization.

The Project Manager role allows you to:

  • Create and configure surveys within your projects (go to the next section Setting up surveys);

  • Access and analyze the results of your projects using the platform's resources and tools (go to the last section Analyzing Results).

This enables you to conduct local and specific surveys on topics that affect your teams.

⚙️ Setting up surveys

To ensure that you create and manage your surveys in the best possible way, we have created a detailed step-by-step guide that you can find here: Creating a survey.

Don't forget to save your projects as favorites! This will allow you to receive a notification before a survey is launched in that campaign and give you time to check that everything is on track.

You can also find all our best practices suggestions ( including how to encourage participation in a survey) right here: Best Practices.

📊 Analyzing results

There are several levels of analysis on the platform. As a Project Manager, you can easily analyze the results:

  • at the project level with the heat map. This allows you to compare the results of your closed-ended questions from one survey to another, from one question to another, or from one team to another in a very visual way.
    → see the article: The heat map

  • at the survey level: click on the latest survey and benefit from the survey report that highlights participation, the quality of each question's score and its evolution.
    → see the article: Analyzing the latest survey

  • at the question level: whether it is a closed question (score), an open question (comment), or a multiple choice question, click on "Details" to access all the data useful for an in-depth analysis.
    → see the articles: Analyzing a closed question, Analyzing comments, Analyzing a multiple choice question (MCQ)

    ℹ️ You wish to conduct an analysis outside of Supermood's tools? You can also export your results in Excel format.
