📈 Choose a Main Question
When engaging in a feedback dynamic such as Supermood, it is important to have clear goals.
Choosing a Main Question allows you to track the most relevant metric for your organization throughout the experience. It is displayed in your dashboard for convenient, at-a-glance tracking.
Generally speaking, we recommend using the eNPS as it is a versatile and effective metric, but you can choose another question depending on your needs. .

🔎 Enable (or not) the double filter
There are 2 kinds of filters:
population filter - to zoom in on the results of a particular team
comparison filter - to split the results into categories and compare them to each other
By default, the platform allows you to apply 1 population filter (zoom) in addition to the comparison features. However, you can expand your analysis capabilities by enabling a second population filter, and thus get more granularity in the results.

🥸 Adjust the confidentiality threshold
The confidentiality threshold is a fundamental principle of Supermood, allowing you to safeguard the confidentiality of your employees' feedback.
By default the confidentiality threshold is set to 5 participants This means that it will only be possible to see the results of a team if at least 5 people have answered the survey.
Depending on your needs and limitations, this threshold can be increased or decreased!
ℹ️ For security reasons, it is not possible to lower the privacy threshold to less than 3 participants.
