As soon as a survey is completed, the first action to take is to share the results with your teams.

As soon as a survey is completed, the first action to take is to communicate the results with your teams. You can publish them in your newsletters, internal gazettes, or even plan dedicated times to share the results, etc.

It is thanks to these presentations that your employees will feel listened to. This is what will allow you to engage them in the feedback process and thus boost participation in future surveys.

In this article:

Feedback tools

To communicate the results, Supermood provides you with several tools according to your needs and constraints.

๐Ÿ“Š Survey reports

The survey report is the feature you and your managers can't do without to optimize the presentation of your results. In addition to providing a complete summary of the results in Powerpoint format, this document will enable you to :

๐Ÿ‘‰ transform collected data into dynamic presentations

๐Ÿ‘‰ facilitate decision-making with powerful visualizations

๐Ÿ‘‰ better understand your results thanks to an intuitive guide that explains how to interpret your data

๐Ÿ‘‰ obtain relevant data thanks to a choice of comparison filters

When generating your Powerpoint, you can choose a maximum of 3 comparison filters from your analysis filters (Team, Manager, Gender, Country...) with 16 possible attribute values.

What does it contain?

The survey report will contain several chapters essential to the proper understanding and presentation of your results with :

๐Ÿ“š Reading Assistance

This is an index that will help you better understand how to read your results with the eNPS scale, for example, or the value scales for closed questions.

โ€‹

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Participation

This chapter highlights the participation rate, the number of people surveyed, the number of respondents and the participation rate curve over time.

โš™๏ธ The summary

Here you'll find a summary of your results, with the overall score for each question and full details of the results for your main question.

๐Ÿ” Detailed results

These are the results for all questions, with detailed slides for each question. For each question, you'll also find the results according to the comparison filters chosen beforehand.

Special mention for the open questions, with a page presenting the themes and sub-themes that stand out, and a page containing the most relevant comments.

Generating a survey report couldn't be easier !

To generate a survey report, simply go to the Survey Campaigns tab, select the survey, open the report and click on Download. You'll then be able to select different comparison filters (up to 3 with a maximum of 16 values).

You'll receive the link to download your survey report directly to your mailbox in just a few minutes. The document, which will be in your corporate colors if you've decided to update this information directly from your account, will then download directly.

โš ๏ธ TO KNOW โš ๏ธ

For a survey report in Powerpoint format, please note that :

- for a survey of 1 to 20 questions : you can generate a survey report with the option of choosing a maximum of 3 comparison filters, with a maximum of 16 values for each filter

- for a survey of 21 to 40 questions : you can generate a Powerpoint report without comparison filters

- for a survey of 41 questions or more : you will not be able to generate a Powerpoint report on the platform.

๐Ÿ‘ Automatic results sharing feature

By activating the automatic results sharing feature, your employees will have access to the company's scores from previous surveys and will be able to compare their perceptions.

Good practices

In order to make your employees feel confident, we suggest these good practices when sharing results.

  • An action-oriented approach
    โ€‹
When you share the results, suggest an action to be taken or open the discussion on a few key subjects.

  • Confidentiality first!
    โ€‹
We recommend that you avoid sharing raw comments with your teams. It's best to share only the main topics revealed by the feedback to avoid having a writing style recognized.

You have shared the results and identified the key topics for your teams? You can now establish an action plan.
