To ensure email delivery from the Supermood system, you will need to set up your mailbox accordingly.
And for that, who better than your email provider to explain how to do it ?
We recommend you to whitelist all the emails sent from :
*@bnc3.supermood.co
Here are the process for the main service providers :
Outlook
Click on the settings gear icon on the top right and display all the Outlook settings options.
In the left pane, choose Junk Email, then Safe Senders. In the box, enter the email addresses above and select the Add button. Click Save and you’re all set.
If you notice that one of these email addresses is blocked, do not hesitate to remove it or you won’t be able to receive any mail coming from Supermood.

Gmail
Click on the gear icon on the top right and display all the settings, then click on Filters and blocked addresses.
Create a new filter, enter all the email addresses above within the text field “from”. Then click on create filter and tick the box “Never send it to Spam”, save your filter and you’re all set.
