Email alerts allow you to be notified before a survey launch within your campaign - it's convenient to make sure that everything is in order before the survey is sent.
To schedule an email alert, follow the instructions below. 👇
1. Add to your favorites
Find your campaign from the "Surveys "menu and then click on the star️ ⭐️. It will then appear in the left-hand menu as one of your favorite campaigns.
2. Set up the notification
Enter the campaign, the "Settings" tab, and click "Add Notification" to define when the alert should be sent. Save your changes and you're done! 🚀
ℹ️ By default, a notification is scheduled 1 day before the launch. You can delete the existing notification and choose another date.
All administrators who have set this campaign as a favorite will then receive an email alert before a survey is launched within this campaign.
