Is your next survey about to launch and you want to make sure everything is on track? We've put together a checklist for you. 👇
Within a campaign, in the "Surveys" > "Upcoming Surveys" tab, click on the icon "Survey Preview and Emails". This will take you to the survey as it will be shown to the collaborators.
- Check your questions and sections, as well as the survey's flow by browsing the different pages, in all languages. (you can choose the language displayed with the language selector at the bottom right of the page).
Coming back to the platform, you can now click on the "Survey emails and reminders" icon. This will take you to the survey timeline with the different emailing stages and below that an overview of the survey.
- Use the timeline to check the date and time the emails will be sent. If the sending time is not convenient for you, you can change it in the "Settings" tab.
⚠️ Caution: if you change the date of a reminder, you will have to retype the reminder email in all languages. So remember to set the date and time before changing the text of reminders.
- By clicking on the purple envelopes in the timeline, review the content of the emails in all languages and send test emails (through the preview mode) to check the display in your or a colleague's inbox.
In the "Recipients" tab, click on "view configuration" and make sure the campaign is set up to send surveys to the right people.
If you are used to sharing the previous survey results with your employees, you can check that everything is set up correctly in the tab Settings > Share Results.
