You can share surveys through various means: from an email, your intranet (via our API), or by sharing the Supermood login link directly to your employees. To give your surveys more visibility, you can combine multiple channels within your organization.
Find out in this article which channels are best suited to your context:
- Comparison table
- Responding to surveys from your intranet (API)
- Sharing the login link to the coworker interface
Identify the features available for each channel to make your choice and define your communication plan.
|API, Answer a survey||Coworker interface login link|
|Accessible to non-connected employees (without email address)||❌||✔||✔|
|No login required||✔||✔||❌|
|Receiving launch notifications and scheduled reminders||✔||❌||❌|
If your employees have a professional email address, we recommend that you use this communication channel.
Emails configured from the platform allow employees to :
- receive a notification to complete the survey, as well as reminders if they have not yet completed it;
- access their survey in one click, without having to log in first;
- be notified if there is a reaction to one of their comments.
Make sure you receive our emails by approving emails from email@example.com.
⚠️ Make sure to tell your coworkers that it is very important not to forward survey emails. Each link is unique and intended for an individual. By forwarding it, they are allowing their colleagues to respond for them.
Responding to surveys from your intranet (API)
Our API allows you to survey employees directly from your internal tools (intranet, payroll software, leave software, etc.) without requiring them to enter a login and password. From your software, they'll simply have to click on the redirection link provided by the API to enter their personal interface, where they will find their current surveys.
This method thus allows you to reach less connected employees, who may not have access to or read their emails.
⚠️ The API does not allow you to send notifications. You will therefore have to think about communicating well with your collaborators when a survey is in progress.
For example, you can send a message via the intranet and ask the team managers to notify the employees.
If you're interested in this solution, you can contact your account manager for further information on how to proceed!
Coworker interface login link
This channel is very useful for :
- reaching out to people who are not connected;
- boost survey participation by sharing a simple link;
- easily share the surveys via the medium of your choice (posters with a QR code, provision of a tablet in the premises, etc.).
Employees with an email address will be able to define their password when they first log in, and employees without an email address will have to log in with their personnel number and the secret code assigned to them.
